Today, I talk about the WB Preset options available on most DSLR’s. When you preset WB, you can actually take a reading of the ambient light and have your camera configure itself for the white/grey point. This can help you to prevent undesirable color casts, which is especially helpful in environments with mixed lighting.

Me and my camera…well, one of them anyway! To shoot, I used my Nikon D3100. The first promo was shot using the 50mm f/1.8G; the second promo used the 35mm f/1.8G.
