What Did I Really Do This Week? – April 27, 2014

I also posted some abstract portraiture of my own… Abstract Body Landscapes. There is a video and a sample photo for everyone but a gallery of images and a behind-the-scenes video for VIPs!
 
I answered VIPs’ questions in FX or DX, Self Portraits, and Upcoming Video Topics – VIP Mailbag.
 
Early in the week I posted some abstract photos from my visit to the Museum of Northern Arizona. Later in the week, I posted a couple videos of snowy Flagstaff and me running around in that snow!
 
Chick at Nite this week was Integrating a DSLR Into Your Lifestyle and the SnapChick Friday Night Rewind was from Experiments in the Forest!

What Did I Really Do This Week? – April 20, 2014

Here’s what I’ve done…

I posted a new gadget review – the RAVPower 4 Port USB Wall Charger. You can see my review here and learn more about it or order it here!

I asked VIPs what they want to see next (plus gave them a sneak peek of what I already have planned in a video

I signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud a couple months ago but I finally talked about their controversial subscription service here.

I posted Big DSLR Results on (Almost) No Budget, where I talked about how you don’t need to make a BIG investment to get great results. I shared photos in the video for everyone, plus more photos and an exclusive video for VIPs.

I also finally signed up for a LinkedIn account. You can find it here.

I shared several VLOGs this week too… Running on Prom Night, Cycling and Photography, and Cycling with a DSLR. I also shared a cool pic that Raymond took of my in my new bike helmet! You can find out more about the helmet here. I also posted #1 of my healthy living tips series!

What Did I Really Do This Week? – April 12, 2014

This week I answered lots of questions, reviewed a third-party lens, and marveled at the abstract photography you’ve been sharing on my Facebook page…
 
I answered viewer questions (plus showed off my dancing skills) in a Q&A video.

I posted my review of the Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 lens. It is a third-party lens meant for Nikon DX bodies. The video included lots of photos I took on several different camera bodies. I posted a couple photos on snapchick.com, along with the video. And then for VIPs, I also posted a gallery of images and a video where I talked about some behind-the-scenes information from the shoots.
 
I also shared photos and a few VLOGs this week… I vlogged about some of the fun stuff I did last weekend. The other VLOGs were all about the juice cleanse I did… Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3!

I gave you my assessment of variable aperture zoom lenses versus fixed aperture zoom lenses in a video.
 
This week we transitioned from Monochrome March to Abstract April, which I introduced in a video!
 
So I posted some photos this week, including some from last week’s trip to the museum.
